Said that Gold came and spoke to everyone regularly and was 'very personable'.
Didn't know whether the idea was that Gold was meant to be the face of the board for the players and staff while the other two stayed away.
I've got to say that Gold is the one I dislike far less than the other two.

I'm not surprised by that. My observations of him on occasions like when he was confronted by fans he left 82 years old Gold to talk to them while scurrying off in his Roller. And the way he reportedly gets Karren Brady to do his firing for him.
The bloke is a dwarf so not surprising he doesn't do confrontation well. When he meets players and their agents its always at his house so that people can see that this weak little man has real power of the financial kind.
AKA he's a cowardly little shit that gets his own back on the world by screwing it financially imho....

Does sound odd but on the plus side, it does show that the owner and Brady are staying out of the way and letting the football people get on with it.
